I’m a student majoring in Musical Theatre and have worked with Lindsay for the past 9 months, and it has been the best! Lindsay always seems to know exactly how to help me and she has helped my confidence go up so much since we started working together! She also makes sure I’m fully prepared for auditions, callbacks, and performances. She has truly helped me grow as a vocalist.

Working with Lindsay was the best thing that could have happened to my voice at this point in my life. All I've ever known in voice lessons was relying on my belt, which vastly restricted my range. Lindsay helped me discover my mix and strengthen my head voice, all the while improving what I'm already confident in. Her teaching style is truly revolutionary and I've never been more motivated to work and continue to improve. I still have so much work to do, which is why I've chosen to continue working with Lindsay after I graduate college.

Tanner Bradshaw is one ridiculously talented educator. He is engaging, wildly funny, sharp as a tack, and above all has an intense passion for helping students reach their full potential. I attended a two-week acting intensive with Tanner a handful of years ago, and I often look back on that summer with pure joy. He taught us how to tackle Shakespeare with confidence and wonder, to respect the text but also find great freedom in it. He took the fear out of acting, and allowed us to be our goofy, awkward, giddy selves. By the end of those two weeks, we were unstoppable. Acting aside, Tanner is a triumphant friend to have in your corner. That summer, Tanner saw past my insecurities as an artist and pushed me to reach heights I didn't know I was capable of; he believed in me when I didn't believe in myself.

Lindsay has helped me to gain the courage and skills that I need to succeed as a musical theatre performer, even when I struggle with self-confidence. While she helps her students expand their repertoire with pieces that will challenge us, she also really emphasizes how to care for our voices. Lindsay is patient, kind, and a wonderful listener who truly values her students, and I’ve grown as a singer even more than I could have imagined since taking lessons from her.

To say that training with Tanner Bradshaw helped me grow as an actor would be an understatement. Studying with him changed how I viewed the process of acting. As a kid, I was always afraid to let loose and not care what I looked like or what people thought of me, and boy oh boy did he break me out of my shell. Thanks to my summer studying with Tanner, I am now a junior at Pace University studying BFA Acting. He truly made a huge impact in my journey as an actor and inspired me to work even harder on my development.

Tanner Bradshaw’s classes opened my mind to the possibilities and creativity of acting. Before meeting him, I saw acting as a chore, something I would push through so I could sing and dance. But through his compassion and specificity he helped me grow to love it. Now I consider acting my absolute favorite subject, and I thank Tanner for helping me open up and find that side of myself.

Working with Tanner was beneficial to my growth as both an artist and a person. Tanner creates an accepting environment where you have the freedom to fail, yet I found myself making new discoveries in my art that led me to flourish, as did many of the students surrounding me. Now as a young actor, stepping into a professional atmosphere feels more exciting than scary because I am confident in myself and my abilities. I am so grateful for my time with Tanner, and I’m so lucky to call him a friend and mentor!
